BRIEF: Create a contemporary website to showcase the NHSA’s collection of articles, books and resources; promote tours; grow membership; and reduce the administrative load on volunteers managing memberships and store orders.
SOLUTION: Starting with the NHSA’s logo colours, we designed a bold, modern interface. We collaborated closely with the team to restructure the site architecture for intuitive navigation. An integrated online store now allows volunteers to easily manage products, while membership functionality enables new members to sign up instantly and access a dedicated members’ area for premium content.
OUTCOME: The result is a clean, well-organised website that’s easy for visitors to use — and just as easy for volunteers to manage in-house. Membership sign-ups are now automatic, and digital product sales reduce ongoing admin.
